Q1) Tell me about appointments you make for a clinic or a hospital. How do you make an appointment? You might call or use a website.

[Ans] First of all, I think the medical system of Korea is the best. I normally can go to see a doctor without any appointment. But if the doctor is popular, You have to make an appointment. People usually make an appointment by calling. but some hospital provide their website.

Q2) When was the most recent appointment you made? Tell me what happened during that one after another.

[Ans] I made an appointment for my laser mustache removal two weeks ago. I made a reservation of the skin specialist using mobile app. I like make a reservation using app because it's convenient. anyway, I arrived the clinic on the time of my reservation, and I took the laser removal right away. It's really good world.

 

Q3) Have you had an unpleasant experience during an appointment? What was the problem? Was the problem dealt with? How did you feel then and after that?

[Ans] I have an unpleasant experience when I made an appointment for my laser mustache removal. I made a reservation at 6 pm, I arrived on time, and the reception registered me. But I had to wait over 30 minutes! It also made me anger that the person who entered the clinic later than me went to see a doctor earlier than me! I felt reception staff didn't their job properly. So I asked her how much time I should wait. Then she just was like "You will get your turn soon". And I waited 10 minutes after the conversation. It was a very bad experience for me.

 

Q4) Unexpected things can happen during an appointment. Talk about a memorable incident you experienced during an appointment. What exactly happened, and how did you deal with the situation?

[Ans] I remember that I ordered a bunch of beautiful flowers for my girlfriend's birthday few years ago. She is my wife now. Anyway, I made an appointment to get the flower 1 pm on Saturday. But I forgot to pickup the flower until 4 pm! The flowershop was closed at that time! So I was really afraid that I don't get the flower until her birthday because the next day is Sunday. If I don't give the flower to my girlfriend on her birthday, She must be frustrated, then she may get angry to me, and it will make me harder. So I made a phone call to the flowershop owner, and I told her I have to pick up the flower today. Please help me. So, She told me the password of the flowershop, and I was be able to be out of the woods. I got the flower that day. And I also had a nice birthday with my girlfriend.
