Q1) People who care about health eat differently. Have you tried a healthy diet? What did you try to eat? If you haven't, please tell me what you saw of your friend or coworker.

[Ans] I am doing a healthy diet now. I think both what I eat, and how I eat are important. I have a meal regularly, and don't eat many foods in one time. Also, I keep away processed foods such as SPAM, sugary drinks. And I do workout in fitness center four and five times in a week.

 

Q2) Tell me about a tip for staying healthy. It can be from your experience or what you learned by observing your friend.

[Ans] In my opinion, don't do what you should not do for health is more important than do what improves your health. For example, It'll be surely not good for your health if you eat many junk foods even if you do workout a lot.

 

Q3) Tell me about news related to contaminated food. Why did it happen and how many people suffered? How was it dealt with?

[Ans] 20 years ago, garbage dumpling(만두) was the big issue in Korea. It was a news about that some companies filled their dumplings with food garbage. People were furious, most of that companies were closed. but you know what? This news was wrong! some media made news firstly, this news became hot issue, and every media regenerated this news for a while. but no media took responsibility about this issue. only targeted food companies became the victim of witch hunting.

 

Q4) What are some things you have tried personally to stay healthy? Did you work out or try eating anything different to become healthier? Tell me everything about the things you have tried for your health.

[Ans] I do workout regulary in the fitness center. I started to go to the fitness center 6 months ago for my health. because I heard that I have high cholesterol counts on medical checkup in the begining of this year. So I am doing a weight training regulary, and avoid fatty foods and sugary drinks. I have reduced my cholesterol counts with this way.
