Q1) What kinds of banks do you have?

[Ans] I have 2 types of banks. first one is traditional banks. They have bank branches all the country. last one is internet-only banks. They have no bank branches. But nowadays, traditional banks also provide internet banking.

 

Q2) Which bank is the most popular?

[Ans] Traditional banks are more popular for now. Because they have both offline bank branches and online banking application. So internet-only banks tend to provide more rates than traditional banks.

Q3) Tell me about the bank you go to. What do you usually do when you are there?

[Ans] I usually go to a bank when I want to get a loan. I visit the bank with the document to submit, and apply for a loan.

Q4) Do you think banks have changed over the years? If so, what is the biggest difference? If you don't agree, what is the biggest characteristic of banks now?

[Ans] I think banks changed a lot than before. The biggest difference is banks provide the internet and mobile banking. It made really big changes to us. We almost don't need to visit banks.

Q5) When was the time you went to a bank and it took the longest ever? What did you want to do? What was the problem?

[Ans] I remember that I took one and half hour to get a loan for my home. Because I had to submit a lot of documents and certificates. The bank teller took a long time to check them.

 

Q6) Problems can occur when you are at the bank. Perhaps you forgot to take your ID with you. Talk about a problem you personally had at a bank.

[Ans] I remember I had a problem at a bank. I went to the bank to get a loan for my home. I had to prepare a lot of documents and certificates. but I realized I omitted one of them. It was my paycheck stubs. Fortunately, the bank was near my office, so I printed my paycheck stubs in the office, and submit it to the bank teller.
