Let's talk about the time you had troubles using an electronic device.

Q1) What device and why were you using?

A1) I have been using my smartphone for paying a bus fare. Galaxy smartphone has a NFC feature. And I can pay a bus fare using the NFC feature.

 

Q2) What was the problem?

A2) I had to register my credit card on my smartphone in order to use my smartphone for paying a bus fare. But, the NFC feature didn't work though I did registration.

 

Q3) What did you do to handle the problem?

A3) I found the way to resolve this problem by googling. I enabled some features in Samsung Pay, So I was able to pay bus fare using my smartphone.

A12) Hi, Chanel. I got your message and downloaded the file you sent. But I don't know why, I can't open the file. So, I want that you send the file once again. If It still doesn't work, you can send it to my email. Bye~
